What is your gym routine?x


I’ve been asked this twice now haha, you must know me if you’re asking this? Squats/dead-lifts/clean press with 15kg barbells to warm up. 3 sets of 10 reps. Then I’ll use the kettlebells (8kg) 3 sets of 10 reps with - kettlebell press, push press etc. Then I’ll do a core workout with 8kg weight plates - oblique twist, v set, weighted plate crunch 3 sets of 10 reps again. After that I do HIIT on a bike or treadmill,  90 rest and 30 secs sprint at least 7 sets. Stretch out after :)
